As a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist, I have many years of experience supporting clients with a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Particular areas of interest and focus include:
Anxiety
Understanding the patterns beneath anxiety and finding ways to respond to difficult thoughts, feelings and uncertainty with greater confidence and self-compassion.
Relationships & Attachment
Understanding recurring relationship patterns and how early experiences may continue to shape current relationships. Working to identify how best to get our needs met in relationships and communicate clearly and effectively.
Trauma
Understanding the lasting impact of trauma and what you have been left carrying. Working together, within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship to help the past have less power over your present life and create space for healing, connection and growth.
Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating
Exploring your relationship with food, eating and body image in a compassionate and non-judgemental way. I have undertaken additional professional training in supporting those experiencing binge eating, body image difficulties and chronic dieting.
Fertility Struggles
Emotional support through infertility, fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, donor conception journeys and the complex emotions that can accompany trying to build a family. I have undertaken additional professional training focused on infertility, fertility treatment and reproductive loss.
Identity & Sense of Self
Exploring questions about who you are, how you see yourself and how you would like to live. I offer a safe and affirming space to explore all facets of identity, including gender, sexuality and non-traditional relationship structures.
Neurodiversity
I offer a supportive and neurodiversity-informed space to explore your experiences, challenges and strengths in a way that honours your individuality. Whilst I do not provide assessment or diagnosis, therapy can offer a place to better understand yourself and your needs. This may include exploring the impact of masking, burnout, sensory differences, self-understanding and navigating a world that is not always designed with neurodivergent people in mind.
